Analyst/Associate/AVP, Sector Team, IBD

Key Accountabilities

• Involve in a wide range of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, spin-offs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, compliance advisory, restructuring and other fund raising activities):
• Participate and guide the juniors in the due diligence and execution processes;
• Prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials and presentations;
• Involve in evaluation and execution of client's strategic initiatives in business expansion restructuring and related acquisition opportunities;
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities;
• Such other tasks assigned by team leader from time to time.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree holders in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Professional qualification in accounting or finance is preferred, CPA/ CFA holder is a plus;
• At least 2 years of solid experience in corporate finance industry or in international accounting firm;
• Candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Candidates with experience in handling IPO transactions in Autonomous Driving and Industrial sectors will be an advantage;
• Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required;
• Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel occasionally:
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
