      Pros

      I was responsible for the entire process from designing game logic to game server and frontend. Communication with VP Software engineer was very good and every requirement and description was very clear.

      Hourly rate was a little low than I expected

      My interview experience went really smooth. The process was fun and enjoyable because all interviewers are really nice, passionate for work, and show respects to the interviewee. And recruiter is also very friendly and responsive as well.

      Pros

      Collaboration is the first word that comes to mind. Everyone is open in working together and genuinely wants to create great work. I'm often in awe of the talented people nway attracts and enjoy working with them.

      Cons

      nway is an ambitious company and is working on a lot of different projects. So while it is great to have exciting work to build, your attention is often pulled in several directions unless you're focused on one brand.
