Pros
I have worked at EDS for a year and a few months. - It's a fun, dynamic team, great co-workers. - One of the best engineering teams. They accurate, fast, and often exceed expectations (important for a tech company). - Poised for crazy growth in 2019. A smaller player in a large industry, the new product offerings should position us to gain a much larger market share. - Small company with excellent benefits, including flexibility to work from home. - Great work-life balance.
Cons
- Some growing pains. We had some trouble onboarding new hires, but we are developing a new program to address it. - Don't have the name recognition of our competitors... yet.

To name a few... - Rapid growth and innovation - Great culture - Work/life balance - Helpful/supportive coworkers I love my job and the people I work with.
Cons
As the other review mentioned, we are the underdog in our industry but are working to fix that!
