      Pros

      Ive been worked as a java developer for over 4 plus years of experience. Team lead is very much helpful and supportive whenever needed. As a fresher you'll get a scope to learn everything from scratch.

      Cons

      Pay is very less when compared with industry. I think as a fresher that can be ignored. Growing from fresher to senior level based on the skillset they'll pay you.

      Had a great time with the company, started from scratch where lead and mentors will guide you in enhancing skills, will get end to end exposure.

      Cons

      Less pay again in the career begining that won't bother much, but when you reach to senior levels they pay according to indsutry standards.
