Pros

If you are ambitious and have a clear vision on your goal - the Senior Management Team and Team will for sure support you to attain your aim.

Cons

When we are working in a hyper growth company, there are always changes and challenges - which I LOVE as they allow us to learn and develop. However, if you aren't up for the ride, you may struggle to catch up.

Pros

1. Super dynamic, fast-growing and friendly environment - you will never get bored! You will be meeting new people every month (students, partners, instructors, colleagues), they are from all walks of lives and wide age range (around 18 - 50) , they're passionate about new technology, new trend, personal growth, mostly open-minded & very chill. - 2. Passionate team with big vision - focus on improvement & personal growth This is mainly influenced by CEO Lavine. Lavine is a young, visionary entrepreneur, he can wake up at 6am daily for a 10km run and work for over 12 hours a day, at the same time he always free up his time for a 1-1 coffee/walk chat/free meditation class with his team, he is a role model to the Xccelerate team. Sometimes he got attacked by enemies e.g. criticism, condemn or bad mouth on forum but he never response to them, which the marketing & PR team is not agreed with but that's his style. My personal observation in the management: - CEO: mentioned previously. - Co-founder & HR: Talk to Resham anytime! She is not just a HR, she is a good listener and she will help you sort out your feelings & emotions, most importantly, she gives constructive feedback. - COO: result oriented, you have to clearly communicate the objectives of your campaigns with him. Super busy, sometimes it’s not easy to get the attention & green lights from him. Be well prepared before meetings. - CPO: good intuition and great presenter. Always challenge the norm and push people think outside the box which contribute to a fast-moving business, however, if you can’t take it, it may give pressure to newbies sometimes. - Team Leaders & Instructors: Skilful and self-motivated, even they are knowledgeable but still learning something new everyday. Overall, this team is doing practical works and the results is obvious, if you check out Xccelerate's Linkedin network and students reviews on switchup.org you will know, those are written by real alumni.

Cons

It may not suitable for you if: - You don’t enjoy staying on top of tech trends. - You don’t want to speak English during work - English is the common language in Xccelerate (no worries English is not everyone’s mother tongue) - You don’t accept no blame culture: blaming is useless, accepting own mistakes and finding out solutions, the team will have your back. - You don’t shut your mouth and like gossiping: no one will response to you as everyone is too busy to grow. - You are looking for guidance & direction: trust your intuition and be flexible in this industry, the only constant in Xccelerate is change. - You are looking for big money at the beginning: eventually they will pay for your values after a certain period of time.
