Great firm, fantastic benefits. I can only speak to my team, but I've had very supportive managers.
Cons
I haven't really had a bad experience worth mentioning, but get the impression from things I've heard from other people that senior management is making a lot of changes in a very unorganized manner and it's making things difficult.
