Pros
Excellent culture, great team, amazing product. The retention rate at this company is ridiculous - almost no one has left of their own accord. It's great to work with extremely smart people that challenge you, and keep you on your toes.
Cons
Because everyone has so much ownership of the mission of the company, it's easy to drive yourself pretty hard to achieve the goals/mission - everyone has incredible work-ethic, and you find yourself slipping into working those extra hours to get the company just a little bit further.

I really enjoyed working on the project. Vocado is an innovative software management system for educational financial aid process. Has potential to be a leader in the business.
Cons
Oblivious favoritism from management to specific employees, especially they had a personal connection, such as past or current friendships.
