Pros

Monday-Friday so a good work/life balance. Days are varied - a mixture of testing and delivery. The location of work differs every day so you get to see a large number of areas across the region. Company car and fuel card supplied. Great team and morale. You feel you make a difference every day and the work is person- centred. Good bonus scheme in place. Professional fees reimbursed.

Cons

Sometimes time constraints mean work has to be completed outside of work hours. No real progression within the business. Some care homes are a great help but with others, it almost feels like you are a nuisance and nobody wants to assist. Sometimes you are too busy to get a full lunch break.
