The pay was perfect for a summer job and had an environment that allowed me to flourish.

Pros

This is a great work environment to learn and excel. The managers/doctors treat you with respect and are willing to train you in what to look for with the machines and much more. The employees were all kind to one another, and everyone was like a family. They will also train you if you have no optical experience.

Cons

The pay could be better, especially for the employees that have been there longer.
