Working at VISEO was a great experience, management is very respectful and open to hear from anyone in the team, I always felt seen and taken into consideration. Furthermore, they do go an extra mile to try to expand your potential by giving exposure to tasks and projects according to your capabilities, I feel that I gained incredible oportunities to test my knowledge and was also backed up by a great internal team that are always there to exchange ideas about the issues you might be facing with your customer.

Cons

In Hong Kong, the sales part of the company needs an improvement as there are very few oportunities for Developers and or DevOps engineers for engaging on Digital transformation projects.

- Great colleagues and culture - Work-life balance - Insurance - Vacation leaves higher than average - Consulting company that is not only a placement company, but take care of the employees, regular gathering, training, etc - Multi-cultural company

Cons

- Lower number of projects for this specialty in Hong Kong. They have other offices in other countries however.

They understand work-life balance and are flexible with remote work. Many of their clients are well-known luxury companies, and they conduct business directly with them. They offer a lot of individual autonomy and freedom.

Cons

There is a high turnover rate among management, and guidelines regarding business objectives change frequently. They have their own project management tool called Shiva, which allows for detailed management of project effort.
