      Via is new. With all new companies, there are growing pains. In my time here I have been nothing but impressed with the leadership and accountability of the people here.

      No energy drinks in the fridge.

      Pros

      Via is an incredibly fast paced environment filled with a lot of talented employee's who are passionate about what they do. I've been a Via employee for over a year and the class of leaders that were brought in over the last few months are bought into the vision. Theres a returned atmosphere of buzz and excitement as new Sales and Engineering leaders have come in. Big fan of the direction that the CEO has taken. Advice:

      It's been a tough for certain people to let go of pass mistakes regardless of fault.
