Utilities, Inc. has provided me the opportunity to continually learn and develop my skill set. Management has noticed my hard work and has given me opportunities for promotion, which I have taken advantage of.. I continue to have increased levels of responsibility, and couldn't be happier.
Cons
Utilities, Inc. has recently gone through a slight change in our organizational structure and the cons seem to be resolving themselves. Prior to the org change some areas of the company lacked transparency and the proper network for communication. However, management is always evolving and adapting and the future is bright.
