      Pros

      The Service Delivery Management team was amazing. Alvaro Santos is a gentleman that genuinely cares, is passionate, and knows how to inspire his team. Whenever there is an issue with the client it’s all hands on deck. Great mentors and cross pollination between teams. Strong company culture and identity. Fully remote.

      Cons

      Pace of work is heavily client dependent. Got laid off, but compensation and support was great, U4 held my hand along the way. You may need to make accommodations for managing a world wide team and client.

      Fast moving company with a good heart

      Pros

      The people, the values, the culture, the benefits, the flexibility, the opportunity to grow. Strategy and growth are at the core of the business decisions, but the Leadership cares about its people and is always looking at ways to best support them, to help them develop, and be their true selves at work.

      Cons

      An ambitious and visionary strategy means things change, and quickly. This can feel like a lot at times, but being a leader in the industry should be worth the effort in the end.
