Pros

-Fellow colleagues were really good people.

Cons

-Management have absolutely no people skills and are extremely condescending; not supportive in the slightest. -No training provided yet staff are expected to know what they're doing. -Completely chaotic work environment, which is highly pressured. You're also left to your own devices to figure everything out for yourself. -Strong blame culture. -Staff not appreciated and are regularly sacked for no good reason. -This is a place that will TRIGGER mental health issues rather than reduce them. -Nepotism. -"Do as I say, not as I do" -Extremely draining place to work.

Pros

Has the potential to be a great place to work, but so much needs to change.

Cons

Owner refuses to listen to anybody that raises any concern or criticism, no matter how justifiable or well-meaning. The comapny is one big vanity project. Company culture is built on a foundation of intimidation and bullying from the top down. Cronyism rules. Staff expertise is downplayed. Employees are seen as dispensable. Publishing mission statement is horribly at odds with the reality. Hard work goes unnoticed and unrewarded.
