Good people, improving business, and a decent place to work

Pros

I’ve worked in quite a few companies over the years, and it’s easy to think the grass might be greener somewhere else. But honestly, Travel Chapter is a decent place to work. It’s not perfect, and there are things that could be better but that’s the same anywhere. The big difference is the people. They’re genuinely kind, supportive and try to do the right thing (very different to other experiences I’ve had), and to be fair you can see things are improving which makes it feel like that’s moving in the right direction.

Cons

Some processes are still evolving and can feel inconsistent Ongoing change can sometimes create a lack of clarity Communication could be more joined-up at times

Pros

Supportive environment – Colleagues and management are approachable and genuinely willing to help, creating a collaborative and encouraging workplace. Friendly team culture – A welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where people build strong working relationships and enjoy coming to work. Employee-first approach – The organisation prioritises employee wellbeing, listens to feedback, and actively invests in its people. Progression opportunities – Clear pathways for development, with opportunities to learn new skills and advance your career. Great company culture – A positive, values-driven environment that promotes engagement, recognition, and teamwork.

Cons

At the moment, I’m not identifying any significant negatives, as my overall experience has been very positive.

Pros

- Great people and a genuinely supportive team culture. - Plenty of opportunities to learn, develop, and take on new challenges. - Flexible working environment with a high level of trust and autonomy. - Opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business.

Cons

- Team is spread across different locations, so we don't get to see each other as much as we would like
