      Big changes for the better

      Pros

      The old CEO and a lot of dead weight employees are out, a new and experienced management team is in. The new team brought in new employees who actually know what they are doing and it's an entirely different company now. Lots of energy around the new products, a more positive outlook. Everybody is working their butts off to make it happen. It's an exciting place to work. Lots of opportunities to get experience.

      Cons

      No 401k match or bonus plan. Company is still recovering from years of bad management. Not a 9-5 job. Roles and responsibilities can be unclear but it's getting better.

      Good advice. On it. :-) For the record, nothing but love for any and all former employees. Without their start we would not be continuing the journey.
