- Felt very welcomed at the beginning, people are very friendly and has a wide variety of professionals from many countries. - Madrid Office is located at a co-working building with a big room with everything you need such as coffee, fruits, water dispenser, snacks.

Pros

There is a very good work environment, as the company makes a strong effort to foster good relationships among employees by organizing a wide range of fun activities that allow us to spend time with our colleagues. In addition, I am very happy that the company invests in developing junior profiles, giving us the opportunity to learn a lot within the company.

Cons

Overall, I don’t have many negatives, although I would perhaps like to start earlier in order to finish earlier.

Positive environment. Good salaries within the industry. High management involved and committed. Better work-life balance than other LSPs.

Cons

Still a bit new. Slow in developing its own talent and creating career paths for employees - but they're getting there. Strict about office attendance (hybrid role).
