Theochem is an expanding company with lots of opportunities. Hard work will get noticed and allow you to have more control over your job and how the company develops. You'll have direct access to upper management to get your ideas heard.

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary for small or mid-sized companies. There will be times when you have to teach yourself and others when you'll be asked to do something outside your job description.

Thank you for the comments. They are important to us. I did want to address your concern about benefits. We have enhanced the benefits offering by adding a 401(k) with a company match. We also have dental, vision, and health insurance reimbursement and a 40% increase in PTO, effective October 1, 2020.
