-you will never be pigeon-holed into one role, but instead will have the opportunity to get curious about how other parts of the business function and try your hand at them. -professional development is highly encouraged -feedback comes from a place of caring personally and is received quickly -no Sunday Scaries -an expectation of bringing the full self to work every single day

Pros

So much opportunity to do exciting, creative work with a talented team. I genuinely look forward to coming to the office every day. I'm regularly challenged to do my best work, and also feel supported by the leadership team. Feedback is always constructive and people really support one another. I've honestly never been happier at a job! And I'm really proud of the work that we do.

Cons

Can take a long time to get hired, but I don't really consider this a con. Leaders are protective of the culture and want to make sure they hire the right fit. This is something I really appreciate as we all work really closely together.
