The managers are understanding and work closely with you to ensure you're comfortable but challenging your skills so that you're the best you can be. They are understanding about personal schedules. Additionally, they are open-minded and always willing to take your feedback.
Cons
It's a smaller company so sometimes the company had to use traditional methods like cold calling however they began expanding their marketing methods and veering away from cold calling.
