Pros
I worked in many It staffing companies almost 4 years of experience but Techwire have the best work environment. I loved working there bcz healthy environment with peaceful work culture. I saw some very bad reviews and I do not know how can some be so frustated to write like that, It is true they had some salary delay issue for a few months but it was delayed for only 2-3 days during my employment of 1.5 years. I have recommended many of my known friends to join techwire and certainly it is the best work place it you are workholic and do not want to see and dirty politics or unusual fight.
Cons
I do not have any much Idea about Pratik bang as I never met him but all I know is that in my work period he nevr called me or anyother person asking about performance or putting any un--neccesary pressure. I think this guy got success in very early age of his life and that also brings some haters to him to write lots of things, so you can consider…

Pros
Their marketing team is good in finding new projects. They are good on timely payments, I never had any issues with pay dates. They don't let you sit on bench for long. Once you finish project they are very proactive on getting you on new project.
Cons
No benefits what so ever. They used to pay half on health insurance but now you pay for everything. They don't pay for relocation when you get new project in different city. They are not very great if you have location constrains. They will find project for you in any corner in states and will push you to for it.
