      Pros

      Small company vibe, low bureaucracy, friendly atmosphere, and good communication from senior leadership with a clear sense of direction for the company. Very flexible with remote working. Opportunities to meet in person with everyone eg at the company Christmas party and summer offsite events, which are fun.

      Cons

      Might not be best placed for you if you like corporate ways of working eg titles (like associate, VP, etc). If you want to interact with colleagues face to face, there are opportunities to do that, but a lot will stay remote as much as they can.

      -Great people -Interesting work that feels meaningful. The company is on a great journey that is exciting to be a part of! -Good salary and benefits -Flexible working

      -Moves slower than I would like in some respects -The industry that we serve (financial services) is difficult and can dampen morale

      Pros

      Interesting technology, solid vision and on the cusp of something great. Was there for our first signing. If you want to adopt an approach towards tacking high technical and product complexity head on with engineering skill and simplicity work here. Well funded and growing.

      Cons

      The growth from an early stage startup to more mature organisation was difficult at times but there now I believe.
