      Pros

      Great culture from the top down with a can do attitude. Just let you get on with it and be creative

      They got sold to Cisco and everyone started leaving and the culture and everything that got built crumbled before our eyes

      Family sense with a lot of fun and makes you love going to work and would have been great if it would have survived
