Lean team therefore lots of exposure and opportunity to work across all aspects of the business. I believe I’ve learnt more here than I would in a similar role in another business. People genuinely care about both the business and each other Everyone including senior leadership are very approachable Hard work doesn’t go unrecognised No red tape, ideas and new ways of working are celebrated

Lean team therefore can be a heavy workload at times The distributor model is one that can be stakeholder rich at times. People who thrive here build relationships quickly, are resilient and not afraid to be in the detail and the doing
