- Well established company with good reputation in industry - Exposure to lots of different tech, some cutting edge, some ancient - Solid and supportive culture, good-natured people overall - Helpful managers, no one here lets you sink - Strong client base and interesting technology - They are not afraid to invest in tools to help make things easier - Down to earth President with open door policy - Good perks and benefits (Work from home days, flexible schedules)

Cons

More oversight (management) needed to keep some tech staff focused and ensure time is not wasted
