      Pros

      One of the most friendly work environments I have even had the pleasure to be in. It's a startup so the pressure is on but the pressure comes from a sense of needing to grow and never ambiguous internal struggles. The leadership trusts their employees from day 1 and it shows.

      Cons

      Nothing to say except the office could be bigger. Grew way too fast to handle all our new colleagues!

      Pros

      I've had some experience in similar company size and this is from far the best culture I've been working in. For me, culture is a complex mix combining product, industry, people and management. Statrys has a great product. Industry is changing a lot and so we have an interesting part to play! People are great people coming from everywhere and all super chilled and open minded. Always someone available to share experience and tips with you. And the management is quite friendly, accessible but always pushing you to become better. The perfect balance!

      Cons

      The only cons is that we're spread across different locations and right now due to COVID-19 we can't travel and meet the rest of the team and other colleagues.
