Recruitment isn’t always an easy industry, but the leadership here really makes a difference. They listen, they trust you, and they give you the freedom to actually do your work your way. The team culture is very supportive, everyone shares what they know, jumps in to help when needed, and genuinely celebrates each other's successes!

Cons

We move fast, communicate openly, and expect people to take ownership of their work. It’s a fun yet hardworking environment that encourages proactivity and ownership, and for those who enjoy that kind of approach, it can be very rewarding.

Flexibility around fitting in personal appointments during working hours. Management is easy to talk to and very understanding. Supportive of your needs and career path, too. Collaborative team culture. Fun yet hard-working environment.
