The only good thing here is the people you get to work with.
Cons
Just don't do it. First of all the system is bad, there's no work-life balance, everything is pretty much depend on the management. They take advantage of the employee and very tricky. The turnover rate here is very high and if you experienced it you will know exactly why.

If you are pharmacist, there's a high chance to get a really good salary (provided you negotiation skill is good)
Cons
It sucks. There's no employee benefit apart from what the law required. Tricky in every way imaginable and beyond - to both employees and consumers.
