I mean It's very convenient If you're actually putting in the work and I would say that we have a pretty helpful and supportive staff not to mention the co-workers!

The leadership team is approachable, easy to communicate with, and very responsive when addressing concerns.

Cons

There are no leave credits. It would be great if contractors who have been with the company for more than six months could receive at least 4–6 leave credits as a reward for loyalty and consistently meeting KPIs. Overall, the company does a great job when it comes to compensating its contractors.
