Thanks for the feedback. Annual performance reviews are outdated, and leading companies like Netflix, Adobe, etc have all discontinued them in favor of continuous check-ins with your manager. Unlimited PTO is adopted by the best leading companies. There are pros and cons to all these. But you probably are reporting how it led to a suboptimal experience for you, and there's room for improvement. We are always looking to learn and do things better.
