Pros
Every time I describe my work life, friends, family and strangers are shocked, jealous, and inevitably ask "are they hiring??". I've never had a role that so seamlessly fit into my personal life, and speaking to others at Skaled, it's a similar story for most. Skaled trusts you to do your work, and leaves when and where to do it up to you. I don't know where to begin- - Fully remote team with the option to work from home, a beach, Skaled's offices, or get a WeWork pass for any city you're in - Unlimited paid time off plus company shut downs to allow you to take a break with everyone off - Company offsites to get a little workcation in and meet the team - Fantastic culture of collaboration, lightheartedness, and genuine care within the organization - The CEO is charismatic, cares about his people, and lives true to the culture he and the rest of leadership try to imbue in the organization - Fast-growing company so there's always room for you to grow and create roles for yourself, based on your needs, wants, and interests - Practical leadership that takes into account not only company needs, but YOUR professional AND personal goals - You work with really bright people who are genuinely passionate about the future of sales - Depending on your role, you work with a variety of really interesting companies ranging from startups and nonprofits, to publicly-listed legacy organizations - I have to emphasize again that this company CARES about you, from the CEO, Jake, to the Partner, Matt, and down - You can actually have work/life balance here, unlike anything I've experienced at any other organization I've been at
Cons
Nothing worth mentioning, as they've improved on the few things I might have typed here in the past- they really are a dynamic company that looks to improve not only their customers', but also employees' pain points.
