      A company with good people and potential, and still evolving

      Pros

      The people are genuinely kind, supportive, and willing to help — it makes the working environment feel positive even on busy days. Lots of opportunity to take ownership, develop skills, and be involved in meaningful work. The organisation is actively improving its processes and systems, and you can see progress being made. Hybrid working available for most roles.

      Cons

      Some processes are still developing, so things can feel a bit unclear at times Workload can become heavy in certain periods. Communication between teams can be inconsistent, which sometimes makes it harder to plan work or get timely decisions.

      Great Benefits, Great Team, and a Fast-Paced Environment I Enjoy

      Pros

      Great benefits package. The perks are genuinely competitive, and I’m especially looking forward to upgrading my car once my current lease ends. Fast-paced environment. Having worked in slower offices, I really appreciate the momentum here—my days go by quickly and the work keeps me engaged. Supportive colleagues. I’m surrounded by a strong team that collaborates well and makes the workplace enjoyable. Autonomy. I’m given the space to take ownership of my tasks and manage my day effectively, which I really value.

      Honestly, I don’t have any real cons to mention. My experience so far has been very positive.
