I joined Signity Solutions 2.5 years ago as a fresher, and honestly, I was quite nervous in the beginning because everything was new for me. But with time and support from seniors, I genuinely feel I’ve grown a lot here. From working on React and Node.js to exploring LLMs, Generative AI, and CrewAI through projects like Actus and AT&T, the journey gradually helped me grow into a Full Stack Developer role and become much more confident professionally. One thing I genuinely appreciate here is that people are always willing to guide and help you learn. I never felt ignored as a fresher, and that support made a big difference in my growth. Along with project exposure, the company also organizes learning sessions and encourages employees to keep improving their skills. I also got a chance to complete my Hurroko certification during this journey, which was a proud moment for me. Apart from work, team celebrations and bonding activities create a positive environment, and it feels nice when efforts and project achievements are appreciated. Overall, these 2.5 years have helped me grow a lot professionally and personally, and I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and people I got to work with.
