Long term home!

Pros

Collaborative, Supportive of growth and from Leadership, Work/Life balance. On the path to true long term success. Overall, I believe SP to be my long term career “home”.

Cons

Processes being smoothed out and solidified across company wide will be a game changer (the adaptability needed here to succeed is that of any large company in foundational building stages). Hopeful for the future!
