      Pros

      Nice Headquarters, flexibility, free lunch and snacks at the office.

      Cons

      Sensus Healthcare brings you in with open arms touting a "family" environment. Slowly, the truth comes to light. Management is very secretive, and only in the game for themselves. They don't allow employees to do the jobs they were hired for, instead dictate what they can and cannot do. They are merciless in only looking out for the top tiered (aka C-suite) employees.

      Dynamic and fun work environment, disruptive technology offerings, and making a real difference for our patients and physicians. A growing company that recently went public on NASDAQ with a tremendous growth potential.

      Cons

      Being relatively a new player in our field, the company has a lot of work to do on the brand equity and public awareness aspects.
