Pros
Best mentors you can find at a single startup. Mentors from IIM, IIT and Standford and some champions in business. Flexible work culture, nice place to work, best building in town with best view, and good coffee. Pay is ok, but you get to learn a lot.
Cons
Micromanagement at some places. Since it was a startup, funding was always a crunch. So salaries got delayed.
