Pros
It's a simple job, generally, considering the reception only deals with a total 58 rooms split into two establishments.
Cons
Suppressed the Front desk manager position shortly following the dismissal of the previous hotel manager and promotion of the Front desk manager to the position. Distributed the paperwork of that Front desk manager on the current receptionists without any benefits added. Not enough staff to cover a sick person since it's currently one per shift. Also, the most critical, the base wage was still not increased up to the legal minimum for the position.
