layed back, fun environment, training was excellent, supervisors helped and worked as a team, team meetings, weekly and monthly bonuses

Pros

Work hard for few years then it is the best job in the world!!! These complainers can’t sell period. If your not a closer this is not the job for you. Find a nice salary position somewhere.

Cons

Your going to be an independent contractor in sales and nobody cares if you don’t work. You have to be a self starter and must be able to work hard without a sales manager hassling you. You have to knock on doors 5 days a week.
