Pros

I've been with Reel Fathers Rights for over three years and each year I have grown in my role and also mindset. The expectations of my role are very clear and I feel challenged everyday (in a good way of course). I feel like I have a purpose.

Cons

Workload is demanding but I feel supported and know I have a solid team who will have my back.

Pros

I've really enjoyed working at Reel Fathers Rights. It's a fast-paced environment with a team of people who genuinely care about what they do and are passionate about helping clients. I've learned a lot during my time here, especially about family law and the legal field in general, and it's been a great place to gain hands-on experience. The pay is competitive, the benefits are solid (Unlimited PTO that they actually let you use!), and management does a good job of being clear about expectations and performance goals, so you always know where you stand. The people here are friendly, supportive, and easy to work with, and the company does a great job of keeping things fun with team events, contests, and other perks throughout the year. Overall, it's been a great place to grow professionally while working alongside a team that makes coming to work enjoyable.

Cons

One thing to keep in mind is that the learning curve can be steep if you come in without prior experience, especially given the pace of the work and the amount of information you'll be expected to learn. It's definitely a place where you need to be self-motivated, accountable, and willing to put in consistent effort to succeed. The environment is performance-driven, which can be challenging for people who prefer a more relaxed or less structured workplace. At the same time, that level of accountability is also what creates opportunities for growth and development, so whether it's a pro or a con really depends on what you're looking for in a workplace.

Pros

Supportive and collaborative team environment and meaningful work helping clients through difficult situations. Fast-pace workplace with many opportunities for growth.

Cons

The workload can be demanding at times due to the nature of family law, but the team works well together to support one another
