What stands out the most is how much they care about their employees. The work environment is respectful and supportive, and everyone is treated with genuine appreciation. Even when I worked overtime, my manager reached out to remind me not to exceed working hours and to maintain a healthy work-life balance. It honestly feels surprising at times how much they care. Overall, this has been an incredibly positive experience, and I feel very fortunate to be part of this company.
