Pros
Great company with an eclectic group of people which made it more fun and interesting. Despite the frequent changes everyone was empowered to bring ideas forward. No micro-management, and flexible work schedule.
Cons
Lack of communication and internal transparency.

Pros
A brilliant product with a talented, enthusiastic and fun-loving team behind it. They embrace change and do not micromanage. They trust that was given to me was really empowering. It is also a very family-friendly, whole-human workplace.
Cons
The informal nature became detrimental to a certain degree, both from a productivity and HR standpoint. More structure and better communication would serve them well.
