Pros
Great environment, nice people, very fair to work with, very flexible with my schedule....a pleasure to work for.....they were great in helping with educational advancement which offered me a nice "life" balance.
Cons
Need to expand their business beyond only retail, they also need to further develop employees so that they can offer provide better opportunities for advancement.

entrepeneurial, great reputation in retail design and architecture field. Long history with many retail clients.
Cons
there are a few senior managers that it seems no one can shake from the firm. The firm doesn not pay any over time. A lot of travel is expected and the overtime is not compensated. The firm only pays bonuses when it determines it is profitable. However profitability information is not shared with the employees so no one knows when it is profitable or not. In the time I was with them only 3 times were bonuses issued. There were only limited opportunities for advancement
