      Pros

      Very caring for their employees, health insurance cost is basically fully covered. Summer fridays and bonuses yearly. It is a friendly place. Has also always been on the forefront of accepting people as they are for decades. Lots of PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is a little lower than I could obtain elsewhere but the benefits out weigh it for me.

As you know, we created our Professional Development Program which warrants yearly compensations discussions, however raises and bonuses are contingent not just on performance but on the health of the business.       The company is the best. The really respect work life balance. The human factor is very important and they work as a team in all aspects.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at R&R and made life-long friends. Clients are top notch. Work hard, play hard environment.

      Cons

      Nothing really stands out. The usual ebs and flows of a job, but overall very good.
