      If you are a go-getter and want to make things happen this is a great small company to do it at. There is not a lot of red tape, not a lot of layers of management so the ability to take things on yourself and make it happen is right there.

      The health benefits are average.

      The people are great! Down to earth and hard working. Company is doing well post-COVID and poised for growth. We have a high amount of promotions internally.
