• The owners of the company always prioritize stability - you know that you can really work for the company for long term. • Open communication. You can bring up anything to your manager and even directly to the owners. They will surely hear you out. • Contrary to the negative reviews, there's no politics at all. You just have to make sure that you perform well and you're guided with the company's core values.

Cons

None. Most of the people who left the company and burn bridges are those who can't adjust to the culture of confronting issues for the greater good.

Pros

Freedom to work without micro management. Constant training and achieving results for clients. Freedom to turn down work if it's not the right fit for the business. Key Stakeholders only want to see their employees win. Ability to make money is uncapped.

Cons

Very little downside to working here, unless you personally manifest negativity and don't want to be a team player. You get paid in line with how hard you work and expectations and probability of succeeding are realistic with unlimited support to grow.
