      - Incredible leadership, understanding, helpful, and always willing to take your side. - There is no shortage of mentors and people who you can ask for help. Everyone is eager to learn and happy to teach. - Somewhat Flexible hours, they understand you are human and have a life and are more than happy to help you adjust your hours as long as you make up the time. - Generous PTO and Benefits. -401k Match

      Cons

      -Raises are few and far in between, and don't even account for inflation. - If you get stuck with a client you don't like, it's not particularly easy to shift out, unless the contract ends.
