      A good company to work for

      Pros

      Small company feel, but stable: none of the craziness of a startup. Smart engineers, a strong team spirit and "can do" attitude.

      Cons

      Pyramid would benefit from embracing more mature software methodologies, particularly with regard to 1) project baselines, and 2) requirements management
