Since working here, I've met and become friends with several of my co-workers. People are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Management is always willing to listen if you need help, is very supportive, and encourages new ideas from their employees! All the departments are very transparent about what they have going on, so everyone understands and stays on the same page.
