      Pros

      Excellent benefits, full EAP, additional Annual leave entitlements, Company contribution towards Pension. Excellent induction process, career development & training at forefront of management minds.

      Cons

      A little bit of trek to get to work on the days I am in the office as I live an hour away but that cannot be helped.

      Great people to work with, company is always looking forward and open to change and ways of working. I feel management are very open to suggestions and new ideas.
