You could practically set your own hours, something very rare in any job. Management was supportive and understanding about family emergencies. There was ongoing training and encouragement from supervisors. A family-friendly and comfortable place to work.

Cons

The job itself could be tedious and frustrating, resulting in a high turnover rate.
